June 1 (Sunday, 1:00-5:00 PM): Eric plays with the Rachel Cole Band for New England Celebrates Israel's 60th Anniversary. Sets at 1:20-1:45PM and 3:20-3:45PM. Lively Jewish folk/pop/rock music! Crafts, activities for teens, and dancing throughout the day. This huge, free, event is expected to draw several thousand at Gann Academy, 333 Forest Street in Waltham, MA.

June 6th (8:00-11:00 PM): Matching Orange plays the First Friday Challenging Contra at the Concord Scout House, 74 Walden St., Concord, MA. While all are welcome, this dance is geared toward more advanced dancers. Lucia Watson will be calling. $9 for adults, and $7 for those 21 and under.

June 7 (Saturday, 8:00PM): Matching Orange plays the Quiet Corner Contra Dance at the Hampton Congregational Church, 256 Main Street in Hampton, CT. Entry is $7 (or $3 for children 12 and under). Dan Pearl will be calling, with teaching at 7:30 p.m. Info: 860-455-1385.

July 1 (Tuesday, 2:00-6:30 PM): Matching Orange plays at the outdoor Lexington Farmers Market on the School Administration building lawn at the intersection of Mass. Ave. and Woburn Street in Lexington, MA. Free! Come listen to music, enjoy the outdoors, and buy some locally-grown, fresh food.

July 11 (Friday, 8:00PM): Matching Orange plays a contra dance with caller Dan Pearl at the Park Ave Congregational Church in Arlington, MA. It's at the corner of Park Ave. and Paul Revere Rd. (50 Paul Revere Road); enter through the lower door. These dances we organize ourselves are a lot of fun!!

July 12 (Saturday, 9:30AM): Matching Orange plays at the Marblehead Farmer's Market at 217 Pleasant Street in Marblehead, MA. Free! Come listen to music, enjoy the outdoors, and buy some locally-grown, fresh food.

July 14 (Monday, 8:00 PM): Matching Orange performs with others TBA in the Celtic Music Mondays series at Club Passim and the Boston Celtic Music Festival. Club Passim is at 47 Palmer Street (in Harvard Square) in Cambridge, MA. For more info, call 617-492-7679. Tickets are $12, or $6 for members.
